1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement for the following reasons:
The product was delivered in a damaged or expired condition.
The item received is incorrect (wrong item delivered).
The product is missing from your order.
Note: Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or over-ordering.
2. Return Window
All return or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support via phone or email within 24 hours.
Provide your order ID, product name, and reason for return.
Share photo evidence of the product, if applicable.
Once your return is verified, we will arrange for a pickup (if required) or guide you through the replacement/refund process.
4. Refunds
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via mobile payment (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless spoiled or damaged upon delivery)
Perishable dairy or frozen items
Products that have been used or opened
